If you experience problems or errors when setting up a Secure SSL/TLS email client, then please use the Non-SSL Settings. If you're setting up an email client and neither method works, try using an alternative email client. Alternatives: Blue Mail, Cleanfox, Gmail, K-9 Mail, Nine, Spark Email.

TOKEN ERROR

Some users have experienced an odd token error when attempting to login to the new server. The issue is your browser is confused and needs the cache cleared. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH COOKIES, DO NOT CLEAR YOUR COOKIES! To clear your browser's cache you will need to go into the settings of your browser.

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

  1. Open your email client software / app.
  2. Enter your full company email address and password.
  3. Select IMAP for your account type.
    (DO NOT SELECT POP-3)
  4. On the final account setup, enter the following information...
    Username - Your company email address.
    Password - The new password to your email address.
    IMAP Server - mail.janssenford.com
    Incoming Server Port - 993
    Outgoing Server Port SMTP - 465
    Security Type - SSL/TLS
    IMAP Path Prefix - Leave blank
  5. Click continue and the email client will check your settings and connect your account.

Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended)

  1. Open your email client software / app.
  2. Enter your full company email address and password.
  3. Select IMAP for your account type.
    (DO NOT SELECT POP-3) 
  4. On the final account setup, enter the following information...

    Outgoing Server Port SMTP - 587
    Security Type - None

  5. Click continue and the email client will check your settings and connect your account.
