Roundcube SSL Settings
- Open your email client software / app.
- Enter your full company email address and password.
- Select IMAP for your account type.
(DO NOT SELECT POP-3) - On the final account setup, enter the following information...
Username - Your company email address.
Password - The new password to your email address.
IMAP Server - mail.janssenford.com
Incoming Server Port - 993
Outgoing Server Port SMTP - 465
Security Type - SSL/TLS
IMAP Path Prefix - Leave blank - Click continue and the email client will check your settings and connect your account.
Roundcube Non-SSL Settings
- Open your email client software / app.
- Enter your full company email address and password.
- Select IMAP for your account type.
(DO NOT SELECT POP-3) - On the final account setup, enter the following information...
Username - Your company email address.
Password - The new password to your email address.

Security Type - None

Apple's iPhone Mail App Issues
If you experience problems or errors when setting up a Secure SSL/TLS email client, then please use the Non-SSL Settings. If you're setting up an Apple iOS iPhone email client and neither method works, try using an alternative email client.
Recommendations:
Alternatives: Gmail App, or Spark Email App.
These apps can be used with your Janssen email address.
